A very important factor, among others, is the application of school culture towards quality improvement. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school members without feeling forced. One of the school cultures that must be maintained is the issue of discipline, including the discipline of teachers in class attendance in the teaching and learning process. Efforts to improve the discipline of teachers can be pursued in various ways. This School Action Research (PTS) was tested in the form of applying reward and punishment for teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kemang, Bogor Regency. This research was carried out in two cycles, because from the results of research and data analysis, it turned out that in the second cycle, teacher discipline in class attendance in the teaching and learning process increased and met the predetermined indicators of 60%. It is important to explore how effective online learning is through WhatsApp. Researchers conducted field research with descriptive qualitative approaches in various elementary schools. The results show that online learning through WhatsApp in elementary schools tends to be ineffective. Pemerintah mengupayakan kesejahteraan keluarga melalui berbagai program. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni untuk memberikan peta intervensi berbagai permasalahan yang berorientasi keluarga untuk menuju keluarga berencana. Metode dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan metode studi literatur yang mengkaji berbagai artikel dalam jurnal nasional. Proses pengkajian artikel dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mencari sesuatu yang dianggap sebagai sebuah kebaruan (novelty). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi pustaka terhadap publikasi jurnal. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni bahwa program orientasi kehidupan berkeluarga yang sudah ada bersumber dari pemerintah dan masyarakat. Program yang bersumber dari pemerintah yang diterapkan dalam organisasi masyarakat misalnya program Generasi Berencana, PIK-R, INCAR, Duta Genre, BKR, dan berbagai layanan yang diterapkan baik dalam lembaga pemerintahan maupun lembaga sosial. Program yang diimplementasikan di lingkungan sekolah dengan sasaran peserta didik usia remaja seperti kegiatan layanan&nbsp; orientasi, PKBR,&nbsp; Layanan info klasikal serta layanan bimbingan remaja kelompok antar siswa. The students who is active users of social media, use social media as an intermediary for their social life, so it is not uncommon for causing addiction to social media. This addiction creates a new psychological disorder of its users; social anxiety disorder. Social anxiety arises from the lack of human courage to meet the real social environment. This study tries to see how much does influence of social media addiction on social anxiety experienced by students. This study uses the Literature Review method. The research shows that almost 20% of the samples says that there is a relationship between social media addiction and social anxiety. The behavior produced by this era of globalization is due to a lack of supervision and many other influences. This study aims to describe personal social guidance services in fostering positive student behavior. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature review. The researcher collected several journals related to the focus of the discussion after analyzing it. Based on the results of the literature there are several factors, namely the personal experience of others and culture, with personal social guidance services to foster positive behavior for students more effectively using modeling techniques. Most students will imitate the things around them, motivation without a real example will not move the heart to explore itself so that it can find solutions to every social problem.
