Bullying is often considered trivial for some teachers and students. As a result of verbal bullying, irritability, depression, crying easily. The purpose of this study was to find a relationship between verbal bullying and the emotional intelligence of fifth grade elementary school students. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a relationship between verbal bullying and the emotional intelligence of elementary school students. This research is a correlation research. The population taken is all fifth grade students of the public elementary school of Siranggap. The number of population is 24 students. This sampling technique uses a saturated sample, saturated sample is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, a sample of 24. The data collection method uses a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews. The results of the item validity test obtained 29 items of emotional intelligence and 33 items of verbal bullying. The result of verbal bullying reliability is 0.913 and emotional intelligence is 0.890. Education plays a very important role in shaping the good and bad of the human person. The teacher is one of the important roles in achieving success. Therefore, teachers must have creative ways to motivate student learning. This study aims to determine the effect of giving reward and punishment on the learning motivation of class III students in Arabic subjects at Mi Ibnu 'Aqil Ciomas Bogor.The method used in this study is quantitative research, the samples taken in this study were Mi Ibnu 'Aqil students, totaling 30 students. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was a positive influence between reward and punishment on students' learning motivation at Mi Ibnu 'Aqil Ciomas Bogor. This is indicated by the correlation test, the rtable at a significance level of 5% is obtained at 0.336. If rxy of rtable then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, otherwise if rxy of rtable then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Basically every student certainly has intelligence with different levels. The learning process will have a positive impact if students can control their emotions. This article seeks to understand the extent to which emotional intelligence has a relationship with mathematics learning outcomes. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at MI Amanatul Muslimin Jakarta. The sample of this research is all fourth grade students of MI Amantul Muslimin Jakarta. The sample was taken as a whole using the saturated sample technique. The research sample was given a questionnaire instrument to obtain emotional intelligence data and a test instrument to obtain data on mathematics learning outcomes. The results of data analysis at the significance level = 0.05 testing the hypothesis using the Product Moment correlation test obtained tcount = 4.67 and ttable = 1.69 and the coefficient value is 43% so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
