PENERAPAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER MELALUI KEGIATAN PENGAJIAN ANAK-ANAK DI LINGKUNGAN PERUMAHAN KANSAS MADANI BOGOR

This study aims to describe how the implementation of character education through recitation activities for children in the kansas civil society housing environment. The research method used is qualitative research, where in qualitative research the main instrument is the researcher himself. In this study the data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. This research was carried out in a residential area of Kansas Madani Bogor in March 2021 - July 2021. In this study, the validity of triangulation data was used. The results showed that the implementation of character education through recitation activities in the Kansas Madani housing area, Bogor had been going quite well, carried out through recitation activities which were carried out every day after maghrib prayers, where the recitation activities were taught directly by the ustadz who guided reading the Qur'an. . Before the implementation of the study is carried out first First, pray in congregation at Maghrib and after the recitation, then do the Isha congregational prayer, all these activities are carried out through the habituation method
