Organizational culture is a shared perception held by organizational members. Meanwhile, discipline is obedience to respect and implement a system that requires people to submit to the decisions, orders, and regulations that apply. The organizational culture of the boarding school can’t be separated from a leader or committee to influence the organizational culture of the students. The success of a leader in managing Islamic boarding schools is by upholding values, culture, beliefs and discipline. This research aims to know the culture of ISPI organization (Female Student Ties) and the discipline of senior high school and to know the influence of ISPI organization culture (Female Student Ties) on the discipline of senior high school at the Modern Ummul Quro Islamic Boarding School Bogor. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data obtained were processed using the product moment correlation formula. The results of the calculation of the product moment correlation between variable X and variable Y are obtained r xy (0,515) after being tested for significance 5,77 and ttabel (0,202) with the degree of error 5%. Therefore thitung = 5,77 > ttabel (93) (0,05) = 0,202. This shows that there is a positive correlation between the organizational culture of the ISPI (Female Student Ties) and the discipline female students of senior high school at the Modern Ummul Quro Islamic Boarding School Bogor
