This type of research is qualitative. The approach chosen by the author is phenomenology. Determination of data sources in this study according to the information obtained in the form of words and documents that are presented and described as they are and examined in order to find meaning. The researcher acts directly as an instrument and as a data collector from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that the evaluation carried out at MTs Ummul Quro Al Islami Bogor is carried out once a month, one semester and year-end meetings with an agenda to report on activities that have been or will be carried out so that they can be considered for decision making in the implementation of the evaluation weaknesses and strengths that must be improved or improved to achieve an organizational goal. The performance of teachers at MTs Ummul Quro Al Islami Bogor is very diverse, each section having different performances with their respective duties and functions. In an organization or institution good performance is needed because it will create maximum results. There are main focuses that will be the study of the author in this study. how is the issue management carried out by the Tempuran Vocational High School in dealing with this issue. This research is qualitative, revealing in detail about the application of issue management conducted by the Purnama Tempuran Vocational School. The subjects of this study were the principals, public relations and teachers of Purnama Tempuran Vocational School. To answer this problem the data is collected through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that where as in dealing the issues, the Purnama Tempuran Vocational School conducted clarifications submitted by the principal through the mass media, and made programs aimed at changing the issue, of course, at the same time improving / building the image of Purnama Tempuran Vocational School, as for the following programs: intensive coaching to Purnama Tempuran Vocational students, marketing and conducting media relations</em></p> Muchamad Arif Kurniawan Copyright (c) 2021 2021-08-28 2021-08-28 1 01 12 23 PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN GURU DI MTs UMMUL QURO AL-ISLAMI http://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/tadbiruna/article/view/119 <p><em>The research is motivated by the leadership style of the Madrasah principal to be able to provide a role in improving teacher discipline in Madrasahs. The aim of the study was to obtain empirical data on the influence of the madrasa principal's leadership style on teacher discipline. The research uses a quantitative approach with the correlational method. The research sample is the teacher of MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami who is in the categorization of high school graduates/equivalent, bachelor's and master's degrees. The sample used was 91 respondents with random sampling technique. The results showed that in general the percentage of Madrasah principals' leadership style was 98.9% and teacher discipline was 92.3% in the medium category. For the leadership style possessed by the head of Madrasah MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami is of the democratic type with a percentage of 93.4%. The results of hypothesis testing obtained sig. &lt; alpha, so that the leadership style of the Madrasah principal is correlated with teacher discipline. The research method used is qualitative research, where in qualitative research the main instrument is the researcher himself. In this study the data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. This research was carried out in a residential area of ​​​​Kansas Madani Bogor in March 2021 - July 2021. In this study, the validity of triangulation data was used. The results showed that the implementation of character education through recitation activities in the Kansas Madani housing area, Bogor had been going quite well, carried out through recitation activities which were carried out every day after maghrib prayers, where the recitation activities were taught directly by the ustadz who guided reading the Qur'an. . A successful teacher is a teacher who has competence in fostering the enthusiasm and motivation of students to learn, which in the end will be able to improve students' ability to speak Arabic. The purpose of this study is to (1) determine the level of competence that must be possessed by an Arabic teacher at MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor (2) find out how the Arabic language skills of class IX students at MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor (3) find out the influence of teacher competence on the Arabic language skills of grade IX students at MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor. The subjects of this study were Arabic language teachers and class IX students at MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The validity of the data was obtained through validity, reliability and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate 1) the level of competence of Arabic teachers at MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor according to the distribution of the data obtained is at a high level with a large percentage of teacher competence of 30%. 2) the level of Arabic language proficiency of class IX students at MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor according to the correlation coefficient of determination data obtained is 84.1%, which means it has a very strong relationship with the learning outcomes obtained. 3) there is a positive and significant effect of teacher competence on the Arabic language skills of students at MTs Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor partially, namely Tcount 12,309 &gt; Ttable 2,080 with R Square of 0,878. Meanwhile, discipline is obedience to respect and implement a system that requires people to submit to the decisions, orders, and regulations that apply. The organizational culture of the boarding school can’t be separated from a leader or committee to influence the organizational culture of the students. The success of a leader in managing Islamic boarding schools is by upholding values, culture, beliefs and discipline. This research aims to know the culture of ISPI organization (Female Student Ties) and the discipline of senior high school and to know the influence of ISPI organization culture (Female Student Ties) on the discipline of senior high school at the Modern Ummul Quro Islamic Boarding School Bogor. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data obtained were processed using the product moment correlation formula. The results of the calculation of the product moment correlation between variable X and variable Y are obtained r xy (0,515) after being tested for significance 5,77 and t<sub>tabel</sub> (0,202) with the degree of error 5%. Therefore t<sub>hitung </sub>= 5,77 &gt; t<sub>tabel</sub> (93) (0,05) = 0,202.
