This study aims to examine the concept of financial management, the role of public relations, as well as the challenges and strategic efforts in managing Islamic educational institutions. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research design with content analysis techniques on relevant literature sources. The findings show that effective financial management must be based on Islamic principles such as transparency, accountability, and justice, while public relations plays an important role in building a positive institutional image and public trust. The major challenges include limited human resource competencies, suboptimal financial management systems, and the demands of adapting to information technology and social media developments. This study aims to analyze the contribution of administrative evaluation and educational supervision in improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method through the analysis of books, journals, and relevant scientific articles. Data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that administrative evaluation plays an important role in improving institutional management, particularly in planning, program implementation, and data-based supervision. Educational supervision from an Islamic perspective functions not only as a control mechanism but also as a humanistic and collaborative professional development process grounded in the values of amanah, sincerity, and justice. The integration of evaluation and supervision contributes positively to improving teachers’ competencies, strengthening public trust, and enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and documentation techniques at elementary schools receiving BOS Performance funds in 2025. The research informants consisted of principals, BOS treasurers, teachers, school operators, and school committee members. The findings indicate that the management of BOS Performance funds has been implemented effectively. In the planning aspect, schools involved all stakeholders in program preparation based on technical guidelines and school needs. The organizing aspect was reflected through clear task distribution, effective coordination, and good communication among stakeholders. In the implementation aspect, activities funded by BOS Performance were carried out according to the planned programs and supported the improvement of learning quality through teacher training and learning facility development. Supervision was conducted collectively through routine evaluations and the utilization of the ARKAS application to improve transparency and accountability in financial management. The obstacles faced by schools included limited reporting time, sudden changes in information from the education office, and administrative difficulties. Good classroom management not only helps maintain order during the learning process but also influences student engagement, learning motivation, and the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to analyze the implementation of classroom management, supporting and inhibiting factors, teachers’ strategies in improving learning effectiveness, and the ideal conditions for effective learning at SMPN 8 Karawang. The research location was selected because the school implements various classroom management strategies that actively involve teachers and students in creating a conducive learning environment. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving one principal, five teachers, and fifteen students as research informants. The informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques based on their involvement in the learning and classroom management processes. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct classroom observations, and documentation studies. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation to maintain the accuracy of the research findings The results showed that classroom management at SMPN 8 Karawang was implemented through several main strategies, including establishing classroom agreements collaboratively with students, applying discipline consistently, arranging flexible seating based on learning needs, and using interactive teaching methods and visual-based learning media. These strategies were able to increase student participation in learning, build discipline, and create a more comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere. In addition, teachers applied emotional approaches through positive communication to build better learning relationships with students. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that effective classroom management contributes to improving learning effectiveness by creating an active, orderly, and conducive learning environment. A qualitative case study approach was applied at SD Islam Darunnajah Jakarta. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal and five teachers. The findings indicate that transformational leadership enhances teacher discipline through four dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The most influential factors are the principal’s role modeling, a consistent reward and sanction system, professional development support, and open communication. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using field research methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the use of PowerPoint can improve students’ attention, motivation, and understanding of PAI materials when it is designed according to instructional objectives and supported by proper preparation. PowerPoint helps teachers present learning materials in a more interesting, systematic, and interactive manner through the combination of text, images, videos, and animations. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as limited facilities, unequal technological competence among teachers, and limited time for preparing learning media. However, this approach often neglects ethical and spiritual dimensions, leading to corruption, unhealthy bureaucracy, and commercialization within Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to integrate classical management functions with Qur’anic values in order to achieve sustainable falah in Islamic educational organizations. The findings indicate that TQM is a strategic approach to achieving effective, efficient, and sustainable educational quality through the principles of customer focus, total involvement, and continuous improvement. The implementation of TQM has been proven to enhance teacher performance, institutional management, and student and parent satisfaction. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as limited understanding of quality concepts, resistance to change, limited human resources, and inadequate infrastructure. HRM is considered a strategic aspect in improving educational quality. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted in an Islamic educational institution through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings show that effective HRM practicesmincluding recruitment, competency development, motivation, and performance evaluation have a positive impact on institutional performance. The improvement is indicated by a 20% increase in teacher productivity, a decrease in absenteeism to 3%, and an 85% increase in work motivation after competency-based and Islamic value training. The integration of Islamic values such as trustworthiness, honesty, and responsibility strengthens a productive and ethical work culture. However, challenges such as budget limitations and resistance to change still exist. The study concludes that strengthening HRM based on Islamic values significantly contributes to improving the performance of Islamic educational institutions</em></p> Zona Hartini Maysyaroh W Hery Setiyatna Copyright (c) 2026 2026-05-30 2026-05-30 5 2 108 114 PERAN KOMITE SEKOLAH DALAM PENGUATAN (SPMI) MELALUI PERENCANAAN DAN EVALUASI (RAKS) https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/al-munadzomah/article/view/2699 <p><em>This study is motivated by the limited involvement of school committees in the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), particularly in the planning and evaluation of the School Activity Action Plan (RAKS). The study aims to analyze the role of school committees in strengthening SPMI through the planning and evaluation stages of RAKS at TKIT Khoirul Wildan. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The findings reveal that the involvement of the school committee remains at a low level. The committee is not involved in the initial formulation of RAKS and only participates after the document has been finalized. In the evaluation stage, the committee is also not engaged in monitoring or assessing program outcomes, indicating that the advisory and controlling functions have not been optimally implemented within the PPEPP cycle. Although communication between the school and committee is good and the committee has adequate capacity, the absence of formal involvement mechanisms is the main limiting factor. The research is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of quality management systems, which has not significantly improved learning quality in madrasahs. This study employs a qualitative approach using observation and interviews with the principal, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, categorization, and thematic interpretation. The findings reveal that the principal plays multiple roles as an initiator, facilitator, motivator, and evaluator in implementing TQM. These roles contribute to improved discipline, better educational service organization, and strengthened religious culture within the madrasah. However, academic quality improvement remains limited due to the insufficient use of data-based evaluation. The results indicate that Islamic educational administration contributes to creating organized, disciplined, conducive, and effective learning processes. The Love-Based Curriculum is viewed as an approach that positions religious teaching as a means to cultivate humanity, tolerance, and compassion, rather than as a justification for exclusivist attitudes. This research aims to examine the concept of the Love-Based Curriculum from the perspective of Hadith and its implementation in madrasahs. The method employed is a literature study using descriptive-analytical and thematic, approaches, drawing on both primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that, from the Hadith perspective, the Love-Based Curriculum emphasizes the importance of transforming educational paradigms based on the value of compassion as well as balancing vertical relationships, love for Allah and His Messenger and horizontal relationships, love for fellow humans, knowledge, and the homeland. This curriculum aims to develop individuals who are humanistic, nationalistic, naturalistic, and tolerant, making love a fundamental principle of life.
