GENERATION Z'S LEXICAL CREATIVITY ON SOCIAL MEDIA: AN ANALYSIS OF WORD FORMATION PATTERNS AND SEMANTIC SHIFT

The development of social media has not only transformed Generation Z's communication patterns but has also given rise to linguistic dynamics marked by the creation of new lexical forms and meanings. This study aims to analyze the patterns of word formation and semantic shift as a representation of Generation Z's lexical creativity on social media. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach from a morphological and semantic perspective. The data consist of lexical forms used in Generation Z's communication on TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and WhatsApp, collected through observation, note-taking, and documentation techniques, and analyzed through identification, classification, contextual meaning analysis, and interpretation of the relationship between form and meaning. The results show that lexical creativity is formed through acronymization, shortening, blending, borrowing, and form modification, while at the semantic level there is a tendency toward broadening, metaphorization, contextualization, and reinterpretation of meaning. The relationship between these two dimensions forms three main patterns: a change in form with relatively preserved meaning, a relatively unchanged form with shifted meaning, and the adoption of a form accompanied by recontextualization of meaning. These findings confirm that Generation Z's lexical creativity is not merely a symptom of slang use, but a form of linguistic productivity that brings together morphological innovation and semantic dynamics. Social media thus becomes an important space for the formation, dissemination, and re-signification of vocabulary that reflects language's adaptation to the culture of digital communication

IMPLEMENTATION OF MURABAHAH AGREEMENT ON SHARIA COMPLIANCE MITIGATION OF GRIYA BSI KCP SUDIRMAN PRODUCTS BENGKULU CITY

This study examines the implementation of murabahah contracts and sharia compliance risk mitigation in the Griya product at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sudirman Sub-Branch Office, Bengkulu City. A descriptive qualitative approach and case-study method were employed. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with one branch manager, one Griya account officer, and four Griya customers, supported by non-participatory observation and document analysis. Data were analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings show that murabahah implementation follows structured procedures: document completion, SLIK checking, collateral survey, appraisal, approval, issuance of SP3, customer offer, contract signing, and disbursement. Murabahah bil wakalah supports fulfillment of asset ownership before the murabahah sale. Mitigation is implemented through three control pillars involving marketing, verification and risk management, and financing facility, followed by internal audit sampling. Customers considered price and margin information transparent, although their substantive understanding varied. Supporting factors include clear rules, product manuals, layered controls, and internal audits. Constraints include uneven employee and customer understanding, human-resource competency, inter-unit coordination, regulatory changes, information-system development, and compliance culture. STYLISTIC ANALYSIS ON THE ALBUM OF SONGS BY REY MBAYANG

This study is motivated by the fact that language in song lyrics serves not only as a medium for conveying messages but also possesses aesthetic value through word choice, stylistic devices, and imagery. An album by Rey Mbayang was selected as the object of study due to its polite, religious, emotional, and poetic linguistic characteristics. The study aims to describe the forms and types of diction, analyze stylistic devices, and describe the imagery and meanings constructed through the use of stylistic elements in Rey Mbayang's song lyrics. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytical method. The data sources consist of the lyrics of six songs by Rey Mbayang: “Di Sepertiga Malam”, “Sempurnakan Hariku”, “Ku Yakin Bahagia”, “Untuk Apa”, “Selamat Tinggal”, and “Tentang Setelahnya”. Data collection techniques involved documentation, the "listen-and-note" method, and data classification. Data analysis techniques included identification, classification, interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that Rey Mbayang's lyrics employ diverse diction that is religious, affective, contemplative, euphemistic, and visionary in nature. Stylistic devices identified include metaphor, personification, hyperbole, repetition, and rhetorical questions. The imagery utilized encompasses visual, auditory, tactile, kinesthetic, gustatory, and emotional imagery. These elements serve to enhance aesthetic value, establish an emotional atmosphere, and convey meanings related to prayer, love, happiness, contemplation, sincerity, and hope for the afterlife. Overall, the stylistics in Rey Mbayang's lyrics demonstrate a blend of modern, romantic, polite, and religious language, resulting in poetic expressions that possess depth of meaning
