IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP PRUDENTIAL BANKING DALAM PERBANKAN SYARIAH: ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP PENERAPAN PRINSIP KEHATI-HATIAN DALAM MENJAGA STABILITAS DAN KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT

The development of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia has shown a significant increase in line with the increasing public need for financial services based on sharia principles. Despite having different operational characteristics from conventional banking, Islamic banks still face various risks that can affect the health and sustainability of their business. Therefore, the application of prudential banking principle is a fundamental aspect in the implementation of Islamic banking activities. This research aims to analyze the concept, legal basis, implementation, and challenges of applying the prudential principle in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research with legislative, conceptual, and analytical approaches. The results of the study show that the implementation of the prudential principle in Islamic banking is carried out through the implementation of comprehensive risk management, financing feasibility analysis, strengthening good corporate governance, applying the principle of knowing customers, fulfilling capital adequacy, and monitoring of sharia compliance. The application of these principles is not only aimed at protecting public funds, but also to maintain the stability of the national financial system and realize sharia goals in economic activities. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, including increasing financing risks, financial technology developments, limited human resources, and regulatory complexities that must be complied with simultaneously.

PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT MITSUBISHI ARISTA BANDA ACEH

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and work environment on the performance of employees at PT Mitsubishi Arista Banda Aceh. The population of this study consisted of all 44 employees, all of whom were included as the research sample. The research method used was associative with a descriptive quantitative approach based on cross-sectional data. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using SPSS version 3.0. The results showed that the career development variable (X1) had no significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a significance value of 0.144 (> 0.05). Similarly, the work environment variable (X2) also had no significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a significance value of 0.254 (> 0.05). However, simultaneously, the career development (X1) and work environment (X2) variables had a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a significance value of 0.032 (< 0.05). These findings indicate that while individually career development and work environment do not significantly impact performance, their combination significantly contributes to improving employee performance at PT Mitsubishi Arista Banda Aceh

This study aims to examine the influence of human relations, training, and career development on teachers' performance at MTsN 2 East Aceh, Gampong Jalan, Idi Rayeuk District. Teacher performance plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education; therefore, various organizational factors are needed to enhance teachers' professionalism and productivity. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all teachers at MTsN 2 East Aceh, and a saturated sampling technique was applied, in which all members of the population were selected as respondents. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression after passing the validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The findings reveal that, partially, human relations have a positive and significant effect on teachers' performance. Likewise, training has a positive and significant effect on teachers' performance, while career development also exerts a positive and significant influence on teachers' performance. Simultaneously, human relations, training, and career development significantly affect teachers' performance. These findings indicate that harmonious interpersonal relationships, continuous professional training, and well-structured career development opportunities are essential factors in enhancing teachers' performance. Therefore, the school management is encouraged to foster a collaborative work environment, improve the quality of training programs, and establish a systematic career development framework to support sustainable improvements in educational quality.

REAKTUALISASI NILAI-NILAI KEWIRAUSAHAAN PROFETIK UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN KEMANDIRIAN EKONOMI PESANTREN

Economic independence is a crucial factor in ensuring the sustainability and long-term development of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) amid changing social and economic conditions. This study aims to analyze the reactualization of prophetic entrepreneurship values in promoting the economic independence of pesantren through the management of institutional business units. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving business unit managers and other key stakeholders within the pesantren. Data were analyzed through the processes of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that prophetic entrepreneurship values, including sidq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), fathanah (wisdom and competence), tabligh (effective communication), hard work, self-reliance, and a commitment to maslahah (public benefit), are consistently integrated into the management of pesantren business units. The implementation of these values has contributed to improved managerial professionalism, increased stakeholder trust, and more effective utilization of the pesantren's economic resources. The study concludes that prophetic entrepreneurship functions not only as an ethical foundation for business management but also as a strategic approach to strengthening the sustainable economic independence of Islamic boarding schools.
