Kemudahan akses informasi dan perkembangan media sosial di satu sisi memberikan peluang bagi pengembangan diri, namun di sisi lain juga menghadirkan berbagai tantangan, seperti kecanduan digital, tekanan sosial, krisis identitas, <em>cyberbullying</em>, serta gangguan kesehatan mental. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya penguatan resiliensi sebagai kemampuan individu untuk bertahan, beradaptasi, dan bangkit dari berbagai tekanan yang dihadapi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep resiliensi remaja dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an melalui nilai-nilai sabar, syukur, dan tawakal sebagai fondasi ketahanan psikologis dan spiritual di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (<em>library research</em>) yang bersumber dari ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, kitab-kitab tafsir, serta literatur ilmiah yang relevan mengenai resiliensi dan psikologi remaja. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode tafsir tematik (maudhu‘i) untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan nilai-nilai Qur’ani dengan konsep resiliensi kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sabar berfungsi sebagai mekanisme pengendalian diri dan keteguhan dalam menghadapi tekanan, syukur berperan dalam membangun emosi positif dan kesejahteraan psikologis, sedangkan tawakal memberikan ketenangan batin melalui keyakinan terhadap pertolongan Allah setelah melakukan ikhtiar secara optimal. Ketiga nilai tersebut membentuk kerangka resiliensi Qur’ani yang bersifat integratif, mencakup dimensi kognitif, emosional, sosial, dan spiritual. One factor that is thought to play a role in preventing bullying is assertive communication skills. Assertive communication allows students to express their opinions and feelings honestly and firmly without harming others. This study aims to determine the relationship between assertive communication and the likelihood of bullying behavior in grade XI students at SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bogor. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample in this study was 177 students selected using a random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through instruments in the form of an assertive communication scale questionnaire and a bullying scale questionnaire, with validity and reliability that have been tested previously. The results showed that the level of students' assertive communication was in the moderate category (64%), and bullying behavior was also dominated by the moderate category (78.8%). The Pearson Product-Moment correlation test showed a correlation coefficient value of r = -0.126 with a significance of p = 0.085 (p &gt; 0.05), the results of the analysis showed a significant negative relationship between assertive communication and bullying behavior. This means that the higher the assertive communication skills possessed by students, the lower the chances of bullying behavior occurring in the school environment. As a result, children will have difficulty in communication and interaction with others. This study aims to improve expressive language in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). One of the interventions used in improving expressive language in ADHD children is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. ABA therapy is a method of providing material to children that is delivered firmly, without encouragement, pressure, and appreciation in return. This therapy is modified using flashcard media which aims to increase children's functional vocabulary. The research method used is single subject experiment with A-B-A design. The sampling technique used purposive non probability technique. The research subject amounted to 1 child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) type combination disorder aged 4-5 years. The results showed that the subject experienced an increase in understanding labeling, namely labeling surrounding objects, limbs, and places after being treated. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the "Serbukatif" movement (A Thousand Positive Words and Sentences) in strengthening character education at SDN Pengadilan 3 in Bogor City. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Serbukatif is a program that encourages students to write and share positive sentences daily, both verbally and via social media, to foster a culture of respectful communication. The findings indicate that this program significantly contributes to the development of character values such as honesty, responsibility, and empathy, while also improving students' language etiquette. Additionally, it creates a more conducive learning environment and fosters harmonious interpersonal relationships within the school. This study aims to determine the relationship between academic procrastination and cheating behavior in grade XI students at a school in Bogor City. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted on 182 respondents selected through a simple random sampling technique from a population of 333 students . In this study, the analysis technique used was the Product Moment correlation test. The data collection techniques used include observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the descriptive analysis show that most students who do academic procrastination are in the moderate category with a percentage of 93.4% and the level of cheating behavior is also in the moderate category with a percentage of 99.5%. The results of the correlation test show that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic procrastination and cheating behavior with a correlation coefficient value of 0.188 and a significance of 0.011 (p &lt;0.05). These results indicate that the relationship between the two variables, namely academic procrastination and cheating behavior, is at a very low level of relationship. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The population in this study is all XI grade students totaling 324 students, and to determine the research sample, Slovin's formula is used, resulting in 179 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire with 212 respondents. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression. The results of the data in this research show that there is an influence of nomophobia on students' learning concentration. This is proven by the simple linear regression test which shows a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05 with an R square value of 0.014, which means nomophobia has an influence on learning concentration. Furthermore, the results of the categorization of the level of nomophobia showed that the majority of XI grade students at SMAN 10 Kota Bogor are in the moderate category, with 174 students obtained with a percentage of 82.1%. As an Islamic boarding school, SCBS faces challenges in shaping students’ character and learning motivation, especially due to their diverse parenting backgrounds. Limited interaction between students and parents, along with the lack of synergy in internalizing Qur’anic values such as rahmah (compassion), ta’dib (discipline), and uswah hasanah (exemplary conduct), to contribute to this problem. This study aims to examine the influence of parenting styles on students’ learning motivation from the perspective of the Qur’an. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with simple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 30 students selected using saturated sampling. A questionnaire was used to measure parenting styles (authoritarian, democratic, permissive, neglectful) and student learning motivation based on Uno’s indicators. The results indicate a significant and positive relationship between parenting style and students’ learning motivation. Democratic and Qur’an-based parenting was proven effective in increasing students’ enthusiasm and discipline in learning. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational design. The study population was 359 high school students, with a sample of 188 students selected using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the Narcissistic Scale, which have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used the Pearson correlation test. The results of the study showed a significant negative relationship between self-esteem and narcissistic behavior in adolescent social media users (r = -0.235; p &lt; 0.05), which means that the higher the self-esteem, the lower the narcissistic behavior, and vice versa. This study examines the practice of instilling the habit of using positive language as an affirmation strategy to nurture self-confidence, optimism, and a constructive attitude among children at TK ABA 01 Batu. The approach includes daily routines such as morning affirmations, interactive and engaging teaching methods, and active collaboration with parents to create a supportive and emotionally enriching learning atmosphere. Observations indicate significant improvements in children’s self-esteem, enthusiasm for learning, and ability to form positive social interactions. This study aims to explore the emotional dynamics and underlying factors contributing to self-harming behavior in adolescent girls, as well as the strategies they employ to cope with such pressures. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was used, involving participants aged 19–21 years who had prior experiences of self-harm. The findings reveal that negative emotions such as sadness, anxiety, anger, and feelings of worthlessness are the primary triggers for self-harming behavior, which is often used as an outlet for emotional pain that cannot be verbally expressed. However, such actions tend to reinforce a cycle of negative emotions, as feelings of guilt and shame often follow, further deteriorating the adolescents' mental state. In addition to internal factors, external influences such as family conflicts, academic pressures, and exposure to unrealistic standards on social media also play a significant role in driving these behaviors. Therefore, addressing self-harm requires a holistic approach that includes emotional support from family, a supportive social environment, and enhanced mental health literacy among adolescents. However, many students still show a lack of awareness in managing their study time and completing assignments on time. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing group counseling using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method to improve students’ learning discipline at SMP Negeri 7 Palembang. This research employed an action research design with a cyclical model consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were eight ninth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using pretest and posttest in the form of multiple-choice questions to assess time management understanding. The results showed an increase in the average score from 50 (pretest) to 88.75 (posttest). The N-Gain analysis result of 0.79 (79.23%) indicates that the implementation of group counseling with the PBL method is highly effective in improving students’ learning discipline. But in its development, of course, the world of education will never be separated from a problem. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of phubbing on the academic procrastination of high school students. This study used a quantitative approach using regression research methods. The subject of this study is high school students. The population in this study was 317 students of SMAN 6 Bogor City. The simple random sampling technique was used to determine sampling and was obtained by 76 students based on Slovin's counting technique. The research data were analyzed through a simple linear regression test. Research results show that there is a significant effect of phubbing behavior on student academic procrastination (sig&lt;0.05) with a coefficient of determination of 13.4%. This value can be interpreted as meaning that the phubbing variable has an influence of 13.4% on the academic procrastination of grade X students at SMAN 6 Bogor City, while the remaining 86.6% of students' academic procrastination is influenced by other variables outside this study. A regression coefficient value of 0.380 indicates that every single unit increase in the phubbing variable, the academic procrastination score tends to increase by 0.380. This can be concluded that the higher the student phubbing, the higher the student's academic procrastination. This study aims to examine the influence of religious character education on peer social interaction among eighth-grade students at MTS Raudhatul Falah, Bogor Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 56 respondents. The results indicate that religious character education has a significant impact on peer social interaction, with an R Square value of 0.610, suggesting that 61% of the variation in social interaction can be explained by religious character education. The background of this study was based on low student motivation and learning outcomes, especially in mathematics, which is usually considered difficult and boring. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach and case studies. At one elementary school, observations, interviews, and documentation were conducted to collect data. The results showed that using snakes and ladders media when teaching mathematics can increase student engagement and enthusiasm. Through a fun and interactive approach, this media encourages students to be more active, ask questions, and better understand the material. This media can also help students with different learning styles and create a more lively and supportive classroom atmosphere. In addition, students have higher intrinsic motivation, as shown by their desire to learn more and complete tasks independently. Thus, it can be concluded that educational games such as snakes and ladders are effective in increasing students' motivation to learn and improving their understanding of mathematical concepts in elementary school. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving six twelfth-grade students who participated in group counseling sessions based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). The findings reveal a significant reduction in academic anxiety levels following the intervention. Group counseling was found to provide a reflective space, emotional support, and social learning that facilitated psychological recovery. These results contribute to the development of school-based guidance and counseling services and reinforce the theoretical effectiveness of REBT in group settings. The purpose of this study is to describe the process and effectiveness of individual counseling using the behavior contract technique in addressing truancy. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of guidance and counseling teachers and students with a history of truancy. The results showed that the implementation of behavior contracts was able to increase students' awareness, responsibility, and motivation in participating in learning activities. Written agreements between counselors and clients were proven effective in fostering student commitment to changing negative behaviors into positive ones. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving four children and adolescents and two caregivers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate that emotional regulation capacity influences how children and adolescents interact with their peers. Some participants tended to suppress emotions and avoid conflict, while others expressed emotions openly. Conflicts generally arose from differences in personality, violations of personal boundaries, and verbal bullying. Nevertheless, positive peer relationships remained an important source of social and emotional support. These findings highlight the importance of developing emotional regulation skills to promote healthy social interactions within social care institutions.</p> A. Nurhidayah. Penelitian ini bermula karena adanya sikap prososial siswa yang kurang optimal sehingga kurang konsisten dalam bersikap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara secara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, BK kesiswaan, wali kelas IV A, dan 10 siswa kelas IV A; observasi partisipan selama proses penerapan cinema therapy, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif model Miles dan Huberman (reduksi data, penyajiyan data, penarikan kesimpulan) dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan cinema therapy dilaksanakan melalui tahap pengarahan, tahap pemilihan film, dan tahap penugasan pekerjaan rumah. Hasil penelitian setelah therapy: sikap siswa yang lebih peduli terhadap teman yang mengalami kesulitan, sikap kerja sama serta saling mendukung dalam kegiatan kelompok, dan semangat pantang menyerah untuk terus belajar. Empathy can be shaped by parenting styles at home, but it can also be negatively affected, one of which is through permissive parenting. Permissive parenting is characterized by granting children broad freedom without sufficient supervision or discipline, and often indulging them by giving in to their demands. This study aims to determine the relationship between permissive parenting and the empathy of eighth-grade students at SMP Yappa Depok. The research method used is quantitative correlational, with data collected through questionnaires administered to a number of students. The research findings show that: (1) There are 59 eighth-grade students, or 64.1%, who experience permissive parenting at a moderate level; (2) A total of 64 students, or 69.6%, have empathy levels categorized as moderate; (3) Statistical hypothesis testing using Pearson Product-Moment correlation through SPSS version 26.0 shows that the Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000 &lt; 0.05. This study aims to develop a mindfulness e-book as a guidance media to improve students' self-regulation, encompassing needs analysis, prototype development, validity testing, and practicality testing. The research employed a Research and Development (R&amp;D) method using the ADDIE model, conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Makassar involving a number of students in the analysis phase, several expert validators, one school counselor, and a small group of students in the trial phase. Analysis results revealed that the majority of students had low self-regulation, with primary issues identified in the aspects of impulse control and goal setting. The e-book was developed across five chapters based on mindfulness aspects with proportional exercise distribution aligned to empirical needs analysis findings. Validity assessments by content and media experts yielded a highly valid category, while practicality evaluations by both the school counselor and students were entirely categorized as highly practical. The e-book is proven to meet quality standards as a valid and practical mindfulness intervention media for counseling and guidance services in vocational schools.</p> Arbain Fajar A. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Primary data were obtained from Tafsir Al-Qur’an Al-‘Azhim by Ibn Kathir, while secondary data were collected from books, journal articles, and other relevant sources.The findings reveal that Surah Al-Baqarah verse 286 emphasizes that Allah does not burden any soul beyond its capacity. The verse contains three major educational values: patience, contentment, and reliance on Allah. This study aims to explore the psychological dynamics experienced by adolescents who engage in early marriage and identify the causal factors and impacts. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects were adolescents and their parents involved in early marriage cases handled by the DP3AP2KB PPA Unit in Kediri City. The results indicate that the main causal factors are premarital pregnancy, family pressure, local culture, and economic conditions. The psychological impacts experienced by adolescents include anxiety, stress, and mild depression due to unpreparedness for married life. The negative impacts of this behavioral distortion trigger financial wastefulness, impaired self-control, and disrupted learning focus in the classroom. This study aims to analyze the tangible impacts of consumptive behavior and examine the effectiveness of implementing individual counseling services using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach to reduce this behavior. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of students identified with high and moderate levels of consumptive behavior. Data collection techniques were comprehensively conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process applied interactive techniques, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that through REBT counseling interventions, students successfully identified and dismantled their irrational beliefs, such as narcissistic ambitions to gain group social recognition. This anxiety manifests in physical symptoms and loss of concentration when speaking in public. Objective: This community service activity aims to equip students with the independent technique of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to reduce the intensity of anxiety and increase self-confidence when performing public speaking. Method: The implementation of the activity uses a participatory training method that includes three stages: (1) Socialization of the concept of energy psychology and anxiety mechanisms; (2) Independent practice of tapping techniques on 18 meridian points of the body; and (3) Post-intervention speech simulation assistance. The target of the service is middle-level students at one of the Islamic boarding schools on Bangka Island. Results: This activity succeeded in increasing students' understanding of emotional management by 85%. Based on self-evaluation, the majority of students reported a decrease in physical symptoms of anxiety (such as cold sweats and tremors) after practicing EFT. Students now have a self-help tool they can use anytime before stepping onto the pulpit. Conclusion: The implementation of EFT has positive implications as a practical and effective solution for overcoming students' psychological barriers. Indonesia, as a multicultural society, has diverse cultural backgrounds that influence how individuals think, behave, and communicate. Cultural differences between counselors and clients can become barriers in the counseling process if they are not well understood. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method by analyzing 22 relevant journal articles.&nbsp; The results show that Javanese culture emphasizes politeness, harmony, indirect communication, and conflict avoidance, while Madurese culture highlights assertiveness, openness, strong solidarity, and self-respect. These cultural differences affect communication patterns and how individuals express their problems in counseling sessions.
