Regarding the number of ahkam verses, there is also ikhtilaf among scholars, the difference is caused by the perception of the criteria for the legal verses themselves, the reality does show that certain verses, on the one hand reflect legal verses, but on the other hand indicate other groups of verses. There are scholars who count the number of ahkam verses less, namely 150 verses, this may be because they only count those that really explain the law, in the sense of normative law only. There are scholars who count the number of ahkam verses reaching 900, some even count up to 1100 verses, this calculation is considered more realistic. because in reality, there are not a few legal istinbath taken from verses themed qashas (stories), verses of proverbs (parables) and even verses with other themes, but in the syar`i khitab it is still related to the actions of mukallaf people contained in the Qur'an and sunnah, both explicitly and implicitly. While some say that the number of economic and financial verses is only 10 verses and some say it reaches 400 verses, this is because some use verses as evidence in all aspects of the economy, both consumption, production, distribution, agriculture, fisheries, employment and other aspects, even though only implicitly.
Roudotul Jannah J, Gallyn Ditya Manggala, Sheny Yulianty, Badawi Murai Copyright (c) 2025 JOURNAL ISLAMIC ECONOMICS AD DIWAN https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/addiwan/article/view/1751 Fri, 28 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000 PENGARUH SYARIAH COMPLIANCE, TRANSPARANSI dan AKUNTABILITAS TERHADAP MINAT MUZAKKI MEMBAYAR ZAKAT DI DT PEDULI CABANG BOGOR https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/addiwan/article/view/1679
This study aims to determine the influence of Sharia Compliance, Transparency, and Accountability on the interest of muzakki to pay zakat at DT PEDULI Bogor Branch. The problems experienced at DT PEDULI Bogor are the low collection of zakat funds and the number of those who have not reached their intended potential. This is influenced by the inequality between the potential of zakat funds and their realization, resulting in many muzakki who pay their zakat directly to mustahik and not through zakat institutions. The research approach used by the researcher is a quantitative approach. The population carried out in this study is the muzakki who give zakat at DT PEDULI Bogor branch with a total of 426 people. The sample collection method used is the purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method through smartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study show that Sharia compliance, and transparency have a significant and positive effect on the interest of muzakki in paying zakat. Meanwhile, accountability does not have a significant and positive effect on the interest of muzakki in paying zakat.
Bukhori Hanief Al Fajry, Abrista Devi, Reni Sinta Dewi Copyright (c) 2025 JOURNAL ISLAMIC ECONOMICS AD DIWAN https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/addiwan/article/view/1679 Sun, 23 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE EFFECT OF EASE OF USE OF TOKOPEDIA ON TUITION PAYMENTS: A LITERATURE REVIEW https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/addiwan/article/view/1678
This study aims to examine the effect of the ease of use of Tokopedia on tuition payments in Indonesia, focusing on implementing digital payment systems such as QRIS and electronic wallets. This literature review identifies various benefits Tokopedia provides as a tuition payment platform, including ease in the transaction process, flexibility of payment methods, and increased administrative efficiency in educational institutions. Tokopedia, with the integration of the QRIS system, allows students to make payments using various e-wallets, which speeds up the process and increases financial inclusion among students, especially those living in remote areas. However, while the platform provides convenience, data security and economic inclusion challenges are still a significant concern. Transaction security, especially in terms of the protection of users' personal data and accessibility for students who do not have adequate access to digital technology, is an issue that needs to be addressed. In addition, Tokopedia also improves students' financial literacy, helps them manage their expenses, and prepares them for future financial challenges. Overall, Tokopedia has made an essential contribution to the digitization of tuition payments, but economic security and inclusion challenges must continue to be considered to optimize its benefits.
Febi Julia Ariska, Elida Elfi Barus Copyright (c) 2025 JOURNAL ISLAMIC ECONOMICS AD DIWAN https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/addiwan/article/view/1678 Tue, 25 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE EFFECT OF PRODUCT QUALITY ON CUSTOMERS' DECISION TO CHOOSE HOME OWNERSHIP LOAN (KPR) FINANCING AT BANK BTN SYARIAH MEDAN BRANCH OFFICE https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/addiwan/article/view/1677
Sharia financing with a more certain installment amount makes it one of the people's interests to take out a mortgage at Bank BTN Syariah Medan Branch Office. The research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 84 MSME respondents at the BSI MSME Center in Aceh, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results reveal that financial literacy does not have a significant partial effect on the decision to transact using QRIS, while ease of use has a positive and significant partial effect. Security also does not significantly influence the decision to transact. However, simultaneously, financial literacy, ease of use, and security significantly influence the decision to transact using QRIS. The implications of this study highlight the importance of enhancing the ease of use of QRIS through interface simplification and user training, as well as strengthening financial literacy and security to support the adoption of digital payment technologies among MSMEs. This study aims to determine the behavioral determinants of the Zilenial and Millennial Generations in using e-commerce through the TPB-TAM Combination Model approach. This research adopts a quantitative method, with the population consisting of the Zilenial and Millennial Generation (aged 11–42 years) at the AL-Ijtihad Al-Mahsuni Lotim Foundation. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis is performed using SmartPLS3. The study's results indicate that: (1) Attitude Towards Use (ATU) positively influences Intention to Use (BI); (2) Subjective Norms (SN) positively influence Intention to Use (BI); (3) Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) does not significantly influence Intention to Use (BI); (4) Perceived Benefits (PU) positively influence Intention to Use (BI); and (5) Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) positively influences Intention to Use (BI). The findings confirm the proposed hypotheses, showing that ATU, SN, PU, and PEU have a positive and significant impact on BI, while PBC does not significantly affect BI. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal challenges in the development of the digital economy and e-commerce, identify regulatory gaps, create an adaptive and inclusive legal framework to support the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. Qualitative research methods, the research approach uses a library research approach. The data collection method uses document review. The analysis used is content analysis. The results of the study indicate that the legal challenges in the development of the digital economy and e-commerce in the era of modern technology can be grouped into several main aspects, namely regulation, consumer protection, data security, and sustainability of the digital ecosystem. First, regulatory gaps are a significant problem because many laws are no longer relevant to the development of digital technology, such as cross-border trade and digital taxation. In addition, the lack of harmonization of laws between countries hinders international trade. Furthermore, consumer protection is also a concern, where many consumers face unclear rights and responsibilities in online transactions, as well as the risk of fraud and lack of transparency from service providers. On the other hand, data security and privacy are major issues, with regulations that are still weak in protecting personal information and low public awareness of the importance of data privacy. Challenges to the sustainability of the digital ecosystem also arise, especially related to the inequality of access to technology and the imbalance of power between large and small business actors. This study emphasizes the urgent need to develop regulations that are more adaptive and flexible to technological innovation, as well as the importance of collaboration between governments, industry players, and the international community to overcome global challenges in the digital economy.
Nasarudin, Zuhrah Copyright (c) 2025 JOURNAL ISLAMIC ECONOMICS AD DIWAN https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/addiwan/article/view/1594 Fri, 28 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000 MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN BIDANG USAHA PESANTREN MELALUI KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/index.php/addiwan/article/view/1575
Realizing the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools is now the main agenda. This phenomenon shows the existence of consumptive behavior that is inseparable from the influence of the social environment, lifestyle, and increasingly rapid technological developments. The purpose of this study is to analyze in more depth how the leisure class is formed and influences students' consumption patterns in their daily lives. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research type. The results of the study indicate that (1) the excessive consumption pattern in the leisure class is supported by factors of social class, lifestyle, personality and self-concept, as well as the difference between desires and needs; (2) factors that influence the formation of the leisure class include parental income, taste in technology, and product quality; (3) the impacts of the leisure class consumption pattern include wasteful behavior and the emergence of social jealousy among students; (4) when viewed from the concept of consumption according to Imam Al-Ghazali, the student consumption pattern is classified as excessive and exceeds the limits of needs.
