Generation Z, who grow up in a digital era and an open-information environment, face serious challenges in upholding moral and spiritual values. This study aims to examine the character education values contained in Surah Luqman verses 13–19 and analyze their relevance to the character formation of Generation Z. This research employs a qualitative approach through library research and a thematic interpretation (maudhu’i) method, analyzing Qur’anic verses and classical-contemporary exegesis, and linking them with sociological and psychological studies on Generation Z. The findings show that Surah Luqman verses 13–19 contain eight core values of character education: monotheism (tauhid), filial piety (birrul walidain), gratitude, honesty, worship, promoting good and preventing evil (amar ma’ruf nahi munkar), patience, and moral conduct. These values serve as a foundation for strengthening Generation Z's character to maintain moral and spiritual integrity. The research is grounded in the issue of low student interest and motivation when using conventional teaching methods. By utilizing interactive and visually engaging animation media with audio-visual elements, this study evaluates how such an approach can enhance children's attention, interest, and active participation in the learning process. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and simple questionnaires. The research subjects included one principal, three teachers, and six students. The findings reveal that the use of animation media positively influences students’ learning motivation. Children showed greater enthusiasm, focus, and interest during lessons. Furthermore, animation media was found to assist teachers in delivering material more effectively and creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere. However, several challenges were noted, such as limited technological facilities and the need for intensive guidance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi manajemen strategi berbasis pendekatan POAC (<em>Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling</em>) di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mushafiyyah dalam mengembangkan <em>soft skill</em> santri, khususnya aspek kejujuran, tanggung jawab, percaya diri, motivasi diri, kemampuan berkomunikasi, dan kepemimpinan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dengan pengasuh, pengurus, dan santri, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan (POAC) yang terstruktur melalui pembiasaan kegiatan harian berhasil menanamkan nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan komunikasi. Pengorganisasian sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas yang jelas memfasilitasi pengembangan kepemimpinan dan kejujuran. Pengawasan ketat dari pengasuh dalam evaluasi rutin memastikan konsistensi internalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut. The findings indicate that hadith values such as honesty, responsibility, and compassion are highly relevant in shaping students' character. The integration is carried out through a thematic approach in the curriculum and the use of value-based digital media. The main challenges include limited teacher competencies, lack of engaging educational content based on hadith, and minimal policy support. This article examines the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at UPT SDN 386 Gresik, including planning, distribution, use and reporting of funds. Even though BOS funds have been provided to support school operational costs, there are still challenges in optimal implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which aims to explain various conditions, situations or variables that are the object of research. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Next, the data obtained was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. This research aims to evaluate how planning and reporting of BOS funds is carried out, as well as identifying factors that influence the management of these funds. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a library research method. Data collection was carried out through a review of various relevant scientific papers, in accordance with the literature review, without any manipulation or addition of other data. This research analyses various sources of funding and strategies for managing inclusive education. The research findings reveal that successful implementation of inclusive education financing requires a comprehensive approach involving various stakeholders, including government funding (through School Operational Assistance and village funds), private sector contributions, Islamic philanthropy (zakat and waqf) and community participation. This research identifies three key stages in education financing management: budgeting, accounting and controlling, which must be implemented effectively to optimise resource utilisation. It also highlights various financing strategies that have been implemented in Indonesia, including the Poor Students Assistance Programme (BSM), increased education budget allocations, village-based funding, crowdfunding initiatives, public-private partnerships and the utilisation of financial technology. However, teacher welfare—particularly that of honorary teachers—remains a serious issue in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the current state of teacher welfare and its impact on their performance. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the researchers reviewed a number of relevant scholarly articles and news reports published within the last five years. Data were collected through structured searches on Google Scholar and various digital library applications. The findings indicate that most teachers, especially non-permanent ones, receive income below the minimum wage and are forced to take on additional jobs. Moreover, teacher welfare has a significant influence on performance, with an impact range from 28.7% to 80.4%. While the sub-focus of this study includes how Guru Penggerak communicate experiences gained from pendidikan Guru Penggerak to teachers or colleagues, apply leadership styles in building a quality work climate, respond to implementing education policies in schools, motivate other teachers in preparing quality learning programs and overcome obstacles in creating a quality work climate. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Program of Pendidikan Guru Penggerak is able to produce graduates who are able to bring positive changes to schools, namely creating a good work climate. This is characterized by the creation of good collaboration and communication, a leadership style that supports the school's vision, the implementation of school policies and programs that favor students and the ability to work together.
