The research employed a Research and Development (R&amp;D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects included 26 fifth-grade students and one classroom teacher. The educational video, with a duration of 2 minutes and 43 seconds, was developed using simple content, engaging visuals, and clear audio, adjusted to the characteristics of elementary school students. Media validation was conducted by a subject-matter expert, a media expert, and the classroom teacher, along with trials involving students to measure their responses and understanding. The validation results indicated that the media fell into the “very feasible” and “feasible” categories, with an average feasibility percentage above 75%. Student responses were highly positive, showing increased interest and improved understanding of tolerance material. The use of the educational video created an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere while helping students comprehend the concept of tolerance more concretely. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan melibatkan 35 siswa sebagai sampel total. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan tes pilihan ganda.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan angket partisipasi siswa yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 48,00 dengan kategori rendah dan posttest sesudah menggunaakan model sebesar 84,28 dengan kategori tinggi, serta nilai rata-rata angket sebesar 77,14. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f menunjukkan 0,470 yang berarti Ha diterima. This study aims to analyse the use of digital technology in the development and implementation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning tools at Babussalam Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) in Aceh Singkil. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. The results showed that digital technology has made a significant contribution to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of PAI learning. IR teachers are able to utilise digital tools such as word processing applications, presentations, e-learning, and interactive media to develop lesson plans and present material in a more interesting and understandable way for students. However, there are still challenges in the form of infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital literacy, and consistency in the use of technology in learning. Social media has become an integral part of teenagers' lives and has a significant influence on their mindset, attitudes, and social interactions. Although it can be a means of learning and self-expression, excessive use of social media without supervision can have a negative impact on students' moral and spiritual development. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to a number of high school students in the Banda Aceh area. The data obtained were analyzed using a simple linear regression test to determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and students' moral behavior. The results of the study show a significant relationship between the two variables, where the higher the intensity of social media use, the lower the level of politeness, responsibility, and empathy among students. However, this study also found that social media can have a positive impact if used in an educational and creative manner. In formal education, teachers act as administrators who must be capable of organizing educational programs optimally. Therefore, teachers need to possess engaging and enjoyable learning strategies to enhance students’ learning motivation. In the subject of Aqidah Akhlak, learning does not only focus on cognitive aspects but also emphasizes the practice of moral values in daily life. Consequently, teachers must serve as good role models both inside and outside the school environment.</em> <em>This study aims to identify the learning motivation of ninth-grade students in the Aqidah Akhlak subject, examine the planning and implementation of teachers’ strategies in enhancing such motivation, and analyze the obstacles faced by teachers at MAN 3 Aceh Besar. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers’ efforts to improve students’ learning motivation have been fairly successful. One approach is conflict management based on emotional intelligence. This study aims to develop a school conflict management model based on emotional intelligence to enhance organizational health. This research uses a qualitative approach through a literature review. Data were collected from primary sources, such as books and journals, as well as other secondary sources. The analysis involved identifying issues, exploring findings, and systematically formulating conclusions. Evidence indicates that the effectiveness of supervision directly influences teacher competence and student achievement. This study aims to examine the concept, development, and role of educational supervision in supporting sustainable management of modern Islamic education. The focus of the study is on governance challenges in educational institutions, including leadership integrity, transparency, justice, and accountability, as well as their relevance in a global context. The literature review method is employed to synthesize findings from national and international studies, identifying gaps between Islamic ethical principles and managerial practices in educational institutions. The findings indicate that globalization, digitalization, and competition among institutions have generated ethical dilemmas that require IEM to adopt value-based management aligned with Islamic principles and responsive to contemporary changes. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, involving Islamic Religious Education teachers, homeroom teachers, and students as subjects. Data were collected through interviews and observations, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results revealed that religious character assessment was conducted through observational strategies (observing daily behavior), reflective strategies (encouraging introspection), and collaborative strategies (involving spiritual mentors). Worship practices such as Dhuha prayer, tadarus (religious recitation), and communal prayer served as the primary and effective assessment tools for internalizing religious values. The main supporting factors were a strong school religious culture and teachers' commitment as role models, despite obstacles such as subjectivity in assessment and limited observation time. Consequently, pesantren can play a pivotal role as inclusive, adaptive, and transformative Islamic educational institutions in responding to global challenges. This study examines the integration of religious and non-formal education in pesantren through transformative learning. The dichotomy between religious and non-formal education often results in a less holistic development of students, limiting the balanced growth of spiritual, practical, and social skills. The study aims to analyze how educational integration can be achieved and identify the factors that support its success. The research employs a systematic literature review of SINTA- and Scopus-indexed journal articles, books, proceedings, and research reports from 2015 to 2025. Inclusion criteria covered sources relevant to education integration or transformative learning in pesantren, while exclusion criteria omitted irrelevant sources or those outside the study period. Analysis followed the stages of identification, selection, coding, and thematic synthesis based on PRISMA principles. Findings reveal three key aspects of successful integration: (1) a holistic curriculum linking religious knowledge with practical skills, fostering students who are devout, independent, and creative; (2) visionary kyai leadership that legitimizes innovation, overcomes internal resistance, and ensures institutional readiness; (3) transformative learning emphasizing critical reflection, participatory dialogue, and social action, shaping students as agents of change. Educational budgeting is a crucial aspect of educational management, playing a key role in providing facilities and infrastructure, as well as improving the quality of the teaching and learning process. The study employed a qualitative approach using interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted to obtain perspectives from the principal, teachers, and administrative staff regarding the planning and execution of the budget. Observations were used to assess the relationship between budget utilization and the condition of educational facilities, while documentation was analyzed to examine written evidence related to budget allocation and realization. This combination of methods allowed for an in-depth analysis of the budgeting implementation in educational practice. The results indicate that educational budgeting at Yayasan Iqro Pasar Kemis has been systematically planned and involves various stakeholders. The budget is allocated to meet academic needs, such as books, teaching aids, and classroom facilities, as well as non-academic needs, including facility maintenance and administrative activities. However, some challenges were identified, including delays in fund disbursement, differences in priority between academic and non-academic needs, and limited training in financial management for staff. These findings highlight technical obstacles that may affect the optimal use of the budget. In conclusion, despite these technical challenges, the implementation of educational budgeting at Yayasan Iqro Pasar Kemis has significantly contributed to the effectiveness of learning. This research aims to analyze and design a SIAKAD UX prototype to reduce daily administrative pain points and improve User Satisfaction using a Mixed Methods approach framed by User-Centered Design (UCD). The qualitative phase utilized in-depth interviews with five active users and subsequent user persona analysis to identify system pain points. The solution was implemented in a high-fidelity prototype (Figma), featuring the Automatic KRS Package Enrollment and a Real-time Notification Page. Quantitative evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 10 student respondents yielded a score of 88.0, categorized as Excellent. This strongly validates that the design, which focuses on flow efficiency and transparent feedback, successfully addresses the initial pain points. The aim of this study is to analyze the development of Islamic Religious Education learning in the perspective of multicultural education at SMAN 9 Pinrang. This study employs a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the development of multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning at SMAN 9 Pinrang is carried out in an integrated manner through four dimensions: contextual development of learning materials, enhancement of teacher competencies in conflict resolution, cross-subject curriculum collaboration, and the involvement of parents along with continuous evaluation of students’ attitudes. This approach is systemic and comprehensive, distinguishing it from previous studies that tended to focus only on isolated aspects such as teaching methods, teacher roles, or curriculum design. Phenomenological approach in research to understand the phenomena experienced about research subjects such as perceptions, interests, behaviors, actions and motivations by means of descriptions in the form of language and words. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results that can show exemplary in the Islamic spiritual organization at SMAN 1 Tamansari is one of the Islamic spiritual organizations that can be called a da'wah institution at school in which there are things that have Islamic nuances that aim to facilitate students of SMAN 1 Tamansari in deepening religious knowledge.
