HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL PENDIDIK DENGAN AKHLAK PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP IT AL-ISHLAH CIBINONG

Abstract

Communication is one of the most fundamental activities in human life. Communication has several forms, including intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, group communication and mass communication. It should be realized that the role of communication is very much needed in social life, even in the teaching and learning process. In this study, educator communication was used in developing the morals of students of SMP IT Al-Ishlah Cibinong. Fostering the morals of students is a mandatory thing that must be put forward by SMP IT Al-Ishlah, played by educators as a teacher who directs students to have good character. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of interpersonal communication of educators at SMP IT Al-Ishlah Cibinong. , to find out the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Ishlah Cibinong, and to determine the relationship of interpersonal communication between educators and the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Ishlah Cibinong.
From the results of the research that the author has done, the quality of interpersonal communication of educators at SMP IT Al-Ishlah is good. This makes students comfortable and orderly when the teaching and learning process takes place. And the moral quality of the students is quite good. From the research results it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication of educators and the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Ishlah Cibinong
