Dalam proses pembelajarannya, bahasa asing memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan bahasa nasional maupun bahasa daerah. Oleh karena itu dalam penyampaian materi belajar mengajar khususnya mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab seorang guru dituntut memiliki strategi pembelajaran serta kemampuan berbahasa yang memadai agar pembelajaran dapat menarik peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika guru dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di MIN 3 Pacitan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini salah satu guru Bahasa Arab kelas II MIN 3 Pacitan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung, serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa problematika guru dalam mengajar Bahasa Arab, antara lain keterbatasan media pembelajaran, alokasi waktu yang kurang memadai, bahan materi pembelajaran, latar belakang guru, serta rendahnya minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi penguatan pendekatan komunikatif, penggunaan media visual dan digital, pelatihan guru, serta penyusunan bahan ajar kontekstual. This gap is particularly evident at PPTI Tarusan Kamang Agam, where the existing Mufradat Yaumiyyah pocket book lacks the contextual dialogues, guided speaking tasks, and audio support necessary for intensive communicative practice. This study employed a Research and Development (R&amp;D) design using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), limited to the development stage, to produce a Communicative Arabic Pocket Book integrating thematic vocabulary, situational dialogues, guided speaking tasks, and QR code-based audio materials within a self-access learning framework. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Validation by media, material, and educational experts yielded an overall average score of 90.5%, while the practicality test administered to twenty students produced a score of 92.5%, both classified as "Very Good." The primary issue addressed is the effectiveness of implementing basic grammar instruction for students at Ma’had Riyadhus Syifa Boarding School in Sukabumi, amid a dense academic curriculum. The objective of this study is to describe the implementation process of Nahwu and Sharaf instruction and to identify the factors that support and inhibit it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings show the learning process is intensive, using drill methods and practical modules to help students grasp word and sentence structures. The supportive boarding school environment is the main enabler, while diverse educational backgrounds present the main challenge. The study finds that practical methods and the boarding environment speed students’ mastery of Arabic grammar.
