This phenomenon not only has an impact on the mental health and social development of victims but also creates an educational environment that is unsafe and not conducive to learning. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data analyzed included books, articles, journals, and reports related to bullying. Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Theory is used to understand how the different layers of the environment of microsystems, mesosystems, ecosystems, macrosystems, and chronosystems influence bullying behavior. The results of the analysis show that bullying behavior is not only influenced by internal factors of individuals but also by family environment, school culture, peer pressure, and the influence of media and social policies. This study found that a multidimensional approach to prevention and intervention is essential for dealing with bullying. Strategies that involve families, schools, and communities are needed to create an environment that supports the positive development of children. By understanding the relationship between these ecological layers, this study offers more holistic policy recommendations to reduce the incidence of bullying in educational settings. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the application of Max Weber's authority thinking in decision making at the Tarbiyah Islamiyah Gobah V Surau Islamic Boarding School. The main focus of this research is to understand how Weber's three types of authority, namely traditional, charismatic, and rational-legal authority, play a role in the decision-making process involving pesantren leaders, teachers, and santri.</em> <em>The results of this study indicate that the application of Weberian authority in Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Gobah V Surau shows that the combination of traditional, charismatic, and rational-legal authority creates a strong and adaptive educational environment. Traditional authority safeguards spiritual and moral values, while the charismatic authority of leaders such as kyai builds loyalty among santri. On the other hand, the application of rational-legal authority increases efficiency and transparency in education management. Although there are challenges in maintaining traditional values in the midst of modernization, the combination of these three forms of authority provides a solid foundation for pesantren to adapt to the times, without losing its distinctive identity and character. The results of this research are that madrasah heads are able to manage digital madrasah development by planning by determining mission, targets, strategies and budgets. Then through organizing by dividing performance related to digital madrasas according to the portion of human resource capabilities at MTs Negeri 6 Pasuruan. Then in terms of implementation both in learning and human resources. The final evaluation is both in terms of learning, social media and infrastructure. To analyze the data using qualitative analysis techniques with the steps of data exposure, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis found that accessibility in Islamic Religious Education teaching is the key to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including people with disabilities, to live and understand their Islamic religion.
