This research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The methodology used includes literature study, in-depth interviews with educators and curriculum experts, as well as surveys to students and teachers in several integrated Islamic schools. The results showed that the integration of Islamic values in the STEM curriculum can improve students' understanding not only in academic aspects but also in terms of morals and ethics. In particular, values such as honesty, cooperation, responsibility and discipline can be instilled through teaching that combines scientific concepts with Islamic teachings. In addition, this approach also encourages the development of critical thinking, creative and problem-solving skills that are indispensable in facing the challenges of the 21st century. Implementing a STEM-based curriculum integrated with Islamic values requires support from various stakeholders, including teachers, school administrators and education policy makers. The findings indicate the need for training and professional development for teachers to adopt this approach effectively. In implementing the independent curriculum, teachers need new competencies and understanding in implementing this curriculum. It is necessary to have a community or groups consisting of educators to exchange inspiration and ideas in learning. This research aims to analyse the application of group behaviour in improving learning communities in Bukittinggi City. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the learning community as one of the competency improvement strategies for educators, in its implementation was carried out in a scheduled and unscheduled manner. Activities in learning communities are carried out by identifying learning needs or problems being faced, sharing problems and developing processes to find solutions. Learning communities provide a space for educators to communicate and share information, contextual issues, personal experiences that can build understanding and insight related to learning. MMI Gresik, with the objective of analyzing the planning, organizing, and implementation of the student admission selection at MTs. MMI Gresik to meet expectations.</em></p> <p><em>The research approach is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by the researcher include data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the research show that in the planning stage of student admissions, the head of the madrasa at MTs. MMI Gresik prepared committee decision letters, meeting plans, implementation schedules, budgets, admission requirements, scholarship criteria, and promotion plans. In the organizing stage, the process followed the student admission SOP with coordination through meetings and WhatsApp groups. The implementation of student admissions ran smoothly with promotions through banners, brochures, websites, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. A total of 95% or 96 new students underwent the TPA and BTQ tests and re-registered. However, 5% only completed the registration form without taking the tests or re-registering because they chose another school. During Matsama on July 17, 2023, 10 new students were accepted at MTs. MMI. The application of instructional leadership and servant leadership of school principals is needed in the professionalism of educators, especially in the era that continues to develop today so that it will determine the quality of school learning quality in the era of society 5.0. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between instructional leadership and servant leadership of elementary school principals with learning quality in the era of society 5.0. The population totalled 161 education personnel. The sampling was using proportionate stratified random sampling technique consisting of school principals and some educators in Gugus Matahari Natar District with a total of 63 respondents. The design used is a quantitative approach. The research data were collected through questionnaire and documentation techniques. The current performance condition of BAPPEDALITBANG needs to be optimized again so that development planning in Bogor Regency can be as expected. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and organizational commitment on employee performance with commitment as an intervening variable. The research was carried out at BAPPEDALITBANG with a research population of 113 employees. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 89 respondents. For data collection, the questionnaire method and direct observation were used. And to analyze the data using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, the data tests used in this research are reliability testing, validity testing, hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as part of the disabled community have the right to receive education in accordance with the mandate of the United Nations (UN) in various declarations. The presence of inclusive education is a solution to equal education for people with disabilities, including children with ASD. ASD children with all their varied behavioral symptoms require more study of the learning curriculum so that educational goals can be achieved. So the of this article is to combine existing research regarding learning programs for children with ASD in inclusive education, namely the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program and Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication Handicapped children (TEACCH). The method used is literature study in journals related to ABA and TEACCH as well as inclusive education for children with ASD, journal screening using the InOrdinatio method. This research is classified as Research and Development (R&amp;D) using the ADDIE development model. The research subjects are male students aged 12–15 years. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and questionnaires administered to experts and students, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the expert validation trials show that: (1) the media expert's assessment was 83.9%, (2) the material expert's assessment was 76.6%, and (3) the instructional design expert's assessment was 87.5%, indicating that the website-based Quran memorization learning media falls into the "Very Feasible" category. In the context of faith-based education, Islamic religious education has the aim of communicating the principles of Islamic teachings to mankind. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the learning of aqidah akhlak in students in class VII MTS Humaira Bojong Gede Bogor. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, with data collection using questionnaires that focus on learning aqidah akhlak in an effort to shape student character. The study population consisted of 56 respondents, and the entire population was sampled because the number was less than 100. To test the hypothesis, this study used a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of research on aqidah akhlak learning in class VII Humaira Bojong Gede Bogor, after data analysis was conducted, showed that the average score was 39.803, with a standard deviation of 5.564. The range of values ranges from 21 to 50. Meanwhile, the character building of students in class VII Humaira Bojong Gede Bogor, the results of data analysis showed an average score of 38.803, with a standard deviation of 4.90. The range of values ranges from 22 to 39. HEIs have a responsibility to integrate religious values with gender education, shaping leaders who are aware of gender equality, and able to address complex social challenges. HEIs can play a major role in addressing this. By understanding the concept of gender education, integrating it in the curriculum, and involving lecturers in the delivery of gender materials, PTKIS can create an inclusive and civilised educational environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design to reveal the application of information technology by teachers in improving students' digital literacy. The findings of the study indicate that teachers at MIN 11 Banda Aceh proactively utilize various technological devices, such as computers, tablets, and digital learning applications in teaching and learning activities. In addition, teachers also provide students with supplies on how to use technology appropriately and efficiently. The application of this technology not only improves students' ability to access and evaluate information but also helps develop critical thinking skills, collaboration, and creativity. Despite challenges related to infrastructure limitations and differences in technological abilities among students, teachers are able to overcome these obstacles with innovative solutions.
