Therefore, education is an option that cannot be ignored by humans, especially in this millennial era, competition will be increasingly tight, intense and fierce to become superior. The aim of this research is to determine the use of learning media, the Canva application or image media, and interest in learning in thematic learning in class V of SD 1 Limboto. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method, the qualitative descriptive method is a research method used to collect and describe data about and information about objects, phenomena and behavior being studied through interview, observation and documentation methods. The use of interactive learning media through the Canva application in thematic learning in the Limboto 1 Elementary School class is quite good. This happens because the elementary school, especially the fifth grade teachers at Limboto 1 Elementary School, are used to implementing thematic learning by using the Canva application, an image media. Of course, this is also supported by complete facilities and infrastructure that are often used by teachers, namely LCD projectors because their benefits are more sophisticated and adaptable to the current digital era. The use of the Canva application can foster students' interest in learning, especially in thematic learning, this can be seen from the enthusiastic attitude of students in learning during learning, students respond actively, both asking and answering teacher questions, students are interested and like learning by using image media, and students do not feel bored, bored and sleepy in learning when using the Canva application learning media or image media</p> Veni Susilowati Herson Anwar Sabrina Najib mohamad Copyright (c) 2026 INSTRUKTUR 2026-05-30 2026-05-30 5 2 46 49 10.51192/instruktur.v5i2.930 MODAL KULTURAL DAN KELESTARIAN KELAS: DIALEKTIKA PENDIDIKAN DASAR DALAM PERSPEKTIF BOURDIEU DI BANYUMAS https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/instruktur/article/view/2615 <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekonstruksi narasi netralitas pendidikan dasar melalui analisis <br>reproduksi sosial Pierre Bourdieu di SD Muhammadiyah Banyumas. Meskipun institusi pendidikan <br>sering diposisikan sebagai katalisator mobilitas vertikal, realitas empiris menunjukkan adanya <br>determinasi dalam mempreservasi hierarki kekuasaan melalui akumulasi modal kultural. <br>Menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis-interpretatif, penelitian ini <br>membedah dialektika antara habitus, modal, dan ranah (field). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi <br>partisipatif, eksaminasi dokumen institusional seperti kurikulum dan jurnal pembiasaan karakter, <br>serta sintesis literatur sistematis. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa SD Muhammadiyah <br>Banyumas beroperasi sebagai arena kontestasi simbolik di mana program prestisius seperti English <br>Class Program (ECP) dan metode Tajdied berfungsi sebagai standar modal budaya dominan. Temuan <br>menunjukkan bahwa institusi memfasilitasi akumulasi modal budaya secara terstruktur melalui <br>internalisasi habitus religius, objektifikasi modal digital, dan legitimasi simbolik terinstitusionalisasi. <br>Namun, proses ini secara simultan melanggengkan kekerasan simbolik dan efek hysteresis bagi <br>siswa dengan modal budaya marginal. Penelitian ini mengisi research gap mengenai dinamika <br>reproduksi sosial pada institusi swasta berbasis agama di tingkat kabupaten. Kesimpulannya, <br>administrasi pendidikan memerlukan reorientasi kebijakan yang sadar akan disparitas modal <br>budaya awal guna memitigasi marginalisasi sistemik. However, preliminary observations at MI Ma’arif Sidomukti Kebomas Gresik showed that several students still demonstrated a fixed mindset, such as fear of failure, low self-confidence, and reluctance to try new tasks. This study aims to analyze teachers’ strategies in fostering students’ growth mindset through Islamic reflective learning. The research employed a qualitative case study approach using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings revealed four main strategies implemented by teachers: (1) motivational Islamic feedback, (2) habituation of self-reflection (muhasabah), (3) integration of inspiring Islamic figures’ stories, and (4) religious reflective projects. The implementation of these strategies increased students’ courage in facing learning challenges from 29% to 76% within one month. This study aims to describe the dynamics of sibling rivalry and its implications for early childhood social behavior within a family context characterized by age differences between siblings. This research employed a qualitative approach using a single case study design involving a nuclear family with two daughters aged 8 and 5 years. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with parents, and documentation related to the children’s social development. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through technique triangulation. The findings reveal that sibling rivalry appears in the form of competition for parental attention, verbal conflicts during play, and jealousy over ownership of objects. The age gap influences interaction patterns, where the older child tends to be more dominant, while the younger child shows more intense emotional responses. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic educational administration in improving learning effectiveness through a literature study. The research method used is library research by reviewing various scientific sources such as books, journals, articles, and other relevant academic references. The data analysis technique employed is content analysis with a thematic approach. The results indicate that Islamic educational administration contributes to creating organized, disciplined, conducive, and effective learning processes. Proper administration also helps improve teacher quality, facilitates learning management, and supports the development of students’ Islamic character. In addition, learning effectiveness is influenced by supporting factors such as human resource quality, leadership, educational facilities, and the use of technology. Hastiavin Habibi Adinata Copyright (c) 2026 2026-05-31 2026-05-31 5 2 18 34 THE IMPACT OF SCHOOL WORK CLIMATE ON TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: STUDY AT PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/instruktur/article/view/2705 <p><em>Teacher professional development is an important factor in improving learning quality, yet its effectiveness is influenced by the school work climate. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between school work climate and teacher professional development in private junior high schools in Bogor Regency. The research employed a quantitative correlational method with a cross-sectional design involving 100 non-civil servant teachers selected through total sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires that had met validity and reliability standards. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The findings showed that both school work climate and teacher professional development were categorized as high. There was a strong positive relationship between school work climate and teacher professional development (r=0.72; p&lt;0.001). Innovation support was the strongest predictor, followed by principal leadership, collegial relationships, and system clarity, while workload had a negative effect. These five dimensions explained 58% of the variance in teacher professional development. The study highlights the importance of a supportive school work climate in promoting sustainable teacher professional development</em></p> Wawan Karsiwan Tia Fajartriani Dtakiyyatuddaaimah Rizky Choerudin Copyright (c) 2026 2026-05-31 2026-05-31 5 2 63 76 10.51192/instruktur.v5i2.2705 EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK (PROJECT-BASED LEARNING) DALAM MENUMBUHKAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH https://jurnal.iuqibogor.ac.id/instruktur/article/view/2673 <p>This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in fostering learning independence among students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary School). Learning independence is a crucial indicator in shaping students’ character, enabling them to learn actively, independently, and responsibly. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation at a Madrasah Ibtidaiyah that has implemented PjBL in its instructional activities. The results reveal that the systematic implementation of PjBL through stages including project formulation, planning, execution, evaluation, and reflection enhances students’ active participation in the learning process. Students showed significant improvement in learning initiative, time management, decision-making, and self-reflection. Supporting factors in the successful implementation of PjBL include teacher competence, school management support, and parental involvement. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited facilities, varied student abilities, and constrained instructional time.
