AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Article Contents:
1. For conceptual ideas paper:
Title, author identity (name, department, faculty, affiliation, country, and email), abstract (must be written in both Indonesian and English of about 150-200 words), key words, introduction, discussion, conclusion, and bibliography.
2. For research result paper:
Title, author identity (name, department, faculty, affiliation, country, and email), abstract (must be written in both Indonesian and English of about 150-200 words), key words, introduction, research method, research discussion and result, conclusion, and bibliography.
Language
Manuscripts are accepted in standard Indonesian or English.
Manuscript Length and Format
1. Maximum length of 15 pages.
2. Written on A4 paper format.
3. Margins: top 3 cm, left 3.6 cm, right 2.2 cm, bottom 2.6 cm.
4. Two columns (except for abstract, figures, or tables that cannot be reduced due to readability).
5. Justified alignment.
6. Single-spaced.
7. Consists of seven main sections: Introduction, Theoretical Support (Optional), Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgment (Optional), References.
Manuscript Title
1. Not exceeding 15 words.
2. Written with capital letters at the beginning of each word.
3. Cambria font, size 16.
4. Space 1.
Authors' Names and Affiliations
1. Authors' full names are written.
2.Followed by authors' affiliations and email addresses.
Abstract
1. Written in Indonesian and English.
2. Not exceeding 250 words for each language.
3. Narratively written comprising aims/objectives, method, and findings of the research/article.
Keywords
1. Minimum of 3 words.
2. Words or phrases that are important, specific, or representative of the article.
Citation and Reference Style
1. CMS (Chicago Manual of Style) is used for references
2. The author must write the citations based on The APA Style 6th Edition and recommended toi use the Zotero or Mandeley application.
3. References include journals and non-journals published within the last 10 years.
Manuscript Template
Manuscripts must be written following the Journal of Islamic Economics Ad Diwan template.
Manuscript Submission
1. Manuscripts should be submitted in .doc or .docx format.
2. Submitted through the online submission system (Open Journal System) by creating an account.
3. All authors' information (names, affiliations, emails) must be provided in full.
Correspondence
1. All correspondence, information, and decisions regarding the manuscripts are conducted via the email provided in the manuscript or the email used during submission.
2. Manuscript status can be checked by logging into the OJS.
Submission Preparation Checklist
1. Manuscripts have never been published before.
2. Manuscripts are in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format.
3. Article length ranges from 5,000-6,000 characters or around 15 quarto pages (A4).
4. Writing systematic: (a) Title, (b) Author's name (without title), (c) Institution and author's position, (d) Abstract around 200 words, (e) Keywords, (f) Introduction, (g) Discussion, (h) Conclusion, and (i) Bibliography.
5. Submitted articles fall within the scope of the Journal of Islamic Economics Ad Diwan and will be edited as needed.
