Payment is an important component (Rukun) in goods or services trade transactions, technological developments and the high transaction value and risk, a safe and smooth payment system is very important and supports the development of the financial system. This system aims to provide convenience in transactions, as a preventive effort for foundation management to minimize the occurrence of a concern in financial management. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the BUMP of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Modern Boarding School in the implementation of cashless payments. The method used is a phenomenological approach which is carried out systematically, by extracting information from a phenomenon and experience critically. The results of this study showed that: 1) some of the students' guardians did not understand the Cashless system well. 2) The implementation of the cashless system, which is relatively new, has resulted in a lack of mastery of canteen or mart staff (business units) 3) Density of student activities and server constraints on the system and network hamper the transaction process
