NILAI DAN KEBIASAAN ORGANISASI SEKOLAH SEBAGAI PENDUKUNG PELAKSANAAN KURIKULUM DI SMA Negeri 1 LEUWILIANG

Abstract
This study aims to describe the role of school organizational values and habits in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Leuwiliang. The background of this study is based on the importance of school organizational culture as a supporting factor for the successful implementation of the curriculum, particularly in shaping students’ character and improving the quality of learning. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants included the vice principal for curriculum affairs and several teachers. The results indicate that school organizational values such as discipline, religiosity, politeness, cooperation, and learning motivation have been consistently implemented through various organizational habits and practices. Teacher collaboration, reflective learning practices, project-based learning, and strong management support were identified as important factors in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings conclude that a strong, participatory, and sustainable school organizational culture plays a significant role in creating a conducive learning environment and supporting the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum
