Abstract

This study aims to analyze principals' leadership strategies in strengthening the quality of teacher human resources. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with principals and teachers as subjects. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation studies, while data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results indicate that principals play an integrated role as educators, managers, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and motivators in improving teacher quality. Strengthening the quality of teacher human resources is carried out through continuous coaching, constructive academic supervision, motivation, and support for learning innovations. The impact of this leadership is seen in the increase in teacher professionalism, competence, and work ethic, as well as the creation of more creative and innovative learning. This study confirms that visionary and participatory principal leadership is a key factor in the sustainable improvement of teacher human resources.
