EFEKTIFITAS PENDIDIKAN GURU PENGGERAK DALAM MENCIPTAKAN IKLIM KERJA (STUDI KASUS PADA GURU PENGGERAK DI KECAMATAN PUGUNG)

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness Pendidikan Guru Penggerak on work climate based on a case study of teacher leaders in Pugung District, Tanggamus Regency. While the sub-focus of this study includes how Guru Penggerak communicate experiences gained from pendidikan Guru Penggerak to teachers or colleagues, apply leadership styles in building a quality work climate, respond to implementing education policies in schools, motivate other teachers in preparing quality learning programs and overcome obstacles in creating a quality work climate. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Program of Pendidikan Guru Penggerak is able to produce graduates who are able to bring positive changes to schools, namely creating a good work climate. This is characterized by the creation of good collaboration and communication, a leadership style that supports the school's vision, the implementation of school policies and programs that favor students and the ability to work together. This study recommends increasing teacher capacity through a Pendidikan Guru Penggerak program or similar programs, strengthening synergy between schools and parents, and policy support for the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure to maximize performance and work climate.
