Abstract

This journal discusses the influence of organizational communication by PSHT trainers in addressing student misconduct within PSHT at Rusnunawa Kasnariansyah. The study used a qualitative method with data collected through interviews with four trainers, observation, and documentation, and triangulation was used to test data validity. The results showed that vertical communication allowed for the dissemination of organizational rules by trainers that were obeyed by students and provided opportunities for students to participate in the organization by giving ideas and suggestions during training. Horizontal communication facilitated communication between trainers and students and promoted camaraderie among members, making it easier to solve problems and reach agreements together. Diagonal communication allowed trainers and students to communicate more effectively and personally, and the use of diagonal communication channels also helped gain students' trust and made it easier to provide advice and input for unruly students. In conclusion, organizational communication by trainers plays a crucial role in addressing student misconduct through various communication channels. However, it is essential to note that good communication skills from trainers are needed to create harmonious relationships within the organization and facilitate achieving shared organizational goals
