PENERAPAN KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI PIMPINAN DAN PEGAWAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN SEMANGAT KERJA

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of organizational communication between leaders and employees in increasing morale at the Palembang Religious Education and Training Center Office, to find out how leaders can increase morale through organizational communication. This type of research uses qualitative research. Qualitative research is research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis with an inductive approach. Highlighting the research process and utilizing the theoretical basis is also useful for providing an overview of the research background and as material for discussing research results. The results of the research are that the communication implemented by the leaders and employees of the Palembang Religious Education and Training Office is going well and is quite effective. This can be observed from the answers of the informants who stated that the communication between leaders and employees is very good, even the leaders in an agency are very concerned about their employees. In increasing morale, of course, leaders must have a sense of trust in their employees, leaders must also provide opportunities for employees to lead the tasks that have been given in accordance with the organizational hierarchy in the Palembang Religious Education and Training Center Office
