Strategi Pengentasan Kemiskinan Menurut Ibnu Kholdun dalam Kitab Muqaddimah dan Relefansinya di Indonesia

Abstract

The problem of poverty always gets the main attention in the world, especially for countries that are predominantly Muslim. This happens because the government's slow awareness and failure to overcome the problem of poverty will cause a variety of social, economic and political problems in the midst of society. In terms of human resources where the concept of human development is related to how to expand human choices, especially to meet basic needs such as health, education and purchasing power. On the basis of this conflicting relationship, a country with good quality human development ideally has a low percentage of poor people. This study uses qualitative methods that describe Ibn Kholdun's development model theory in overcoming poverty. Ibn Kholdun argues that economic development or decline in society does not depend on just one factor, but rather on the interaction of moral, social, economic, political and historical factors over a long period of time
