Tadbiruna: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam is a scholarly journal published by the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Bogor Ummul Quro Al-Islami Institute. The journal is issued biannually and serves as an academic forum for the dissemination and exchange of ideas among scholars, researchers, and practitioners in the fields of Islamic education management, educational organization, leadership, and policy studies.

Tadbiruna aims to promote high-quality, rigorous, and ethically grounded research that contributes to the advancement of Islamic education management from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. The journal particularly welcomes manuscripts that offer original insights, critical analysis, and innovative approaches to contemporary issues in educational management within Islamic educational institutions, both at national and international levels.

The editorial board invites academics, researchers, and professionals from diverse disciplinary and geographical backgrounds to submit original research articles and conceptual papers that align with the scope of Islamic Education Management. All submitted manuscripts must be original, free from plagiarism, and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Each manuscript undergoes a structured editorial and peer-review process to ensure academic quality, relevance, and integrity.
