Abstract
Schools as educational organizations have complex social dynamics, including the occurrence of conflicts. Conflicts can have positive effects if managed properly, but they may cause negative consequences if not addressed effectively. Therefore, effective conflict management is essential. One approach is conflict management based on emotional intelligence. This study aims to develop a school conflict management model based on emotional intelligence to enhance organizational health. This research uses a qualitative approach through a literature review. Data were collected from primary sources, such as books and journals, as well as other secondary sources. The analysis involved identifying issues, exploring findings, and systematically formulating conclusions. The results indicate that implementing a conflict management model based on emotional intelligence is effective in improving school organizational health. By managing conflicts through self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills, schools can handle conflicts constructively, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and create a harmonious and productive work climate
