Pengaruh Layanan Konseling Islami Terhadap Efikasi Diri Santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo Situbondo

Abstract
Currently, many students are pessimistic about studying science at the Islamic boarding school. This is because the mindset that is instilled in them is always in the words "difficult". In fact, it is the duty of a student to train his character to always study science, both religious knowledge and science. This is what is called self-efficacy, namely a person's belief in their ability to organize and carry out a series of activities needed to produce what they want to achieve. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of counseling intensity on the self-efficacy of students. And how much Islamic counseling services affect the self-efficacy of students. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population is 342 students. The population is taken using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% (0.05). So that the number of samples found is 184.36 rounded up to 185 students/respondents. The data analysis used is divided into 2, namely the research instrument test and the data analysis test. The research instrument test includes the validity and reliability test of the instrument. While the data analysis test includes a simple regression analysis test, a classical assumption test, a t-test and a coefficient of determination. The results of the study obtained that Islamic counseling services have an effect on the self-efficacy of students as evidenced by the t-value of 19.064> t-table 1.973 or a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And the magnitude of the influence of the Islamic counseling service variable on self-efficacy can be seen from the Rsquare value of 0.665 indicating that the ability of the Islamic counseling variable (X) to explain the variance in the self-efficacy variable (Y) is 66.5%, the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
