Abstrak

Leadership strategies play an important role in the development of students in Islamic boarding schools, particularly in shaping character, discipline, and integrity based on Quranic values. This study examines the implementation of leadership strategies at the Darul Qolam Binjai Tahfiz Islamic Boarding School and their relevance to QS. Al Baqarah verse 124 and QS. Al Anbiya verse 73 through a thematic interpretation approach. This research employs a qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that leadership strategies are implemented through role modeling, coaching, mentoring, and discipline enforcement, which contribute to the development of students character, religious competence, and leadership spirit. These strategies are consistent with the Quranic concept of leadership, which emphasizes trustworthiness, integrity, exemplary conduct, and responsibility in guiding others. The study demonstrates that Quranic values can serve as a foundational framework for developing effective leadership strategies in Islamic boarding schools, particularly in strengthening the character and leadership capacity of students.
