EVALUASI MANAJEMEN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out about Management Evaluation in Improving Teacher Performance. This type of research is qualitative. The approach chosen by the author is phenomenology. Determination of data sources in this study according to the information obtained in the form of words and documents that are presented and described as they are and examined in order to find meaning. The researcher acts directly as an instrument and as a data collector from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that the evaluation carried out at MTs Ummul Quro Al Islami Bogor is carried out once a month, one semester and year-end meetings with an agenda to report on activities that have been or will be carried out so that they can be considered for decision making in the implementation of the evaluation weaknesses and strengths that must be improved or improved to achieve an organizational goal. The performance of teachers at MTs Ummul Quro Al Islami Bogor is very diverse, each section having different performances with their respective duties and functions. In an organization or institution good performance is needed because it will create maximum results. Thus, performance is very important to be considered and improved by means of good cooperation, good communication, synergizing between departments, maintaining mutual cohesiveness and supporting each other
