TEACHERS' EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL-BASED ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION LEARNING MANAGEMENT INNOVATION: A PHENOMENOLOGICAL STUDY

Abstrak
Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perubahan signifikan pada praktik manajemen pembelajaran, termasuk dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Guru tidak lagi hanya berperan sebagai penyampai materi, tetapi juga sebagai manajer pembelajaran digital yang harus mampu merancang, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi proses belajar berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengalaman hidup (lived experience) guru dalam melakukan inovasi manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari guru PAI yang aktif menggunakan platform digital dalam pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi pembelajaran digital, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis fenomenologi tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi manajemen pembelajaran digital dilakukan melalui: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis platform digital, (2) pengelolaan interaksi religius secara virtual, (3) strategi evaluasi berbasis teknologi, serta (4) adaptasi pedagogis terhadap karakteristik generasi digital. Tantangan utama meliputi literasi digital guru, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan internalisasi nilai spiritual dalam ruang digital. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa inovasi digital dalam PAI bukan sekadar penggunaan teknologi, tetapi transformasi paradigma pedagogik dan manajemen pembelajaran religius. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis digital yang kontekstual dan humanistik.
