Social changes driven by digital technology, cultural globalization, and the complexities of students lives present new challenges for Islamic Religious Education. Phenomena such as poor emotional control, interpersonal conflict among students, cyberbullying, crises of meaning, and the weakening internalization of religious values demonstrate that educational success cannot be measured solely by cognitive aspects, it also requires the ability to manage emotions and cultivate spirituality. Consequently, integrating PAI values with guidance and counseling approaches has become a strategic necessity for achieving holistic education. This study aims to conceptually analyze the integration of PAI values and guidance and counseling in strengthening students emotional and spiritual intelligence. A qualitative approach utilizing library research methods was employed. Data were gathered through a critical review of relevant books and scholarly articles, followed by analysis using content analysis, data reduction, thematic categorization, interpretation, and conceptual synthesis. The findings indicate that values such as tauhid, ihsan, sabar, syukur, amanah, ukhuwah, and responsibility are closely linked to self awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, intrinsic motivation, and social skills. The integration of PAI and guidance and counseling facilitates value internalization through preventive, curative, and developmental services, as well as the reinforcement of religious character. This integrative model fosters the development of students who are emotionally and spiritually mature and possess strong character
