DAMPAK PEMBUATAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH

Abstrak
This study aims to determine: (1) Understanding / understanding of Making RPP on the Performance of Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Teachers. (2) the extent of the effect of the RPP on the Performance of Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Teachers. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in making plans for implementing students. In this research, the research method used is descriptive method, which is a method that only collects data, but is accompanied by processing, mapping and drawing conclusions based on data obtained and quantitative methods, namely the emphasis on finding a correlation with a view to seeing the relationship between variables and measuring large close relationship between these variables. The variable used in this study variable (X) is known as the dependent variable and the variable (Y) is also known as the independent variable. Variable (X) in this study is the Impact of Making Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) and Variable (Y) is the Performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers. Based on research Making Learning Implementation Plan involving 34 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires as a source of research data obtained the highest score (200) and the lowest score (141) and the average score (mean) (170.76), and standard deviation (standard deviation) (18.69) can be stated evenly. From the calculations performed on respondents' answers, it was stated that there was a significant relationship between variables X (Making Learning Implementation Plan) with Y variable (Performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers), as indicated by:
- The calculated value of 0.973 was consulted with the table with a significance level of 0.05 of 0.361. This shows that HO was rejected; H1 is accepted which means there is a very high influence between variable X (Making Learning Implementation Plan) with Y variable (Performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers).
- The tcount of 9,629 is greater than the value of ttable 2.05 meaning H1 = P> 0: accepted, HO = P = 0: rejected, where tcount> ttable.
- The price of the coefficient of determination obtained that is equal to 76.8% means the magnitude of influence between the variable X (Making Learning Implementation Plan) with 94.8%. While the remaining 5.2% is the influence of other factors.
The results of this study concluded that one of the success factors for the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah KKMI Cibungbulang Bogor teachers was by making a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)
