HUBUNGAN PEMBELAJARAN MATA KULIAH AKHLAK ISLAMIYAH DENGAN MORALITAS MAHASISWA

Abstrak

Lately in our education specially in Indonesia that Academic values, intelligence and intellectual question get more attention and emphasizing than emotional intelligence or Emotional Question (EQ) that teaches about integrity, good morals, honesty, commitment, vision, creativity, mental endurance, wisdom, justice, principles of trust, self-mastery or synergy. We found it has implemented at elementary school to college.  Where as the emotional question and its elements are the most important thing to give shape to perfect human (Insan Kamil). Education in Islamic college entirely is an integral part of religious education. although Islamic morals subject not the only factor that determines and shapes the character and personality of students. But substantially, it has a contribution in giving motivation to students to practice the values of religious beliefs (Tawheed) and good deeds in their daily life. This research method can be categorized as a quantitative descriptive with field research approach. The  population of research was all students of Institute of Ummul Quro Al-Islami in fourth semester totally 304 student and the sampling was 40 student from fourth semester whom take program study of Management of Islamic Education. Based on the results of research conducted at the Institute of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor about the influence of Islamic morals subject toward on Student Morality. The researchers concluded that there was a positive and significant correlation, even though the correlation was only moderate or sufficient. This is proofed by the results of the Carl Person test that,



  1. The rxy result is 0.468, and the correlation index number is not negative, which it’s result between 0.40 - 0.69. Based on the product moment correlation table guidelines used, it can be concluded that between the variables X and Y there is a moderate or sufficient correlation. Thus, it can simply be interpreted that there is a positive influence between Islamic morals subject and students morality at Institute of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor.

  2. Based on the formula in determining t arithmetic with dk (n-2), tk (0.01) = 00-2) = 38 tk (0.01) = 2.71. Thus, t count = 3.27 ˃ t table (38) (0.01) = 2.71. This means that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. It shows there is a real relationship between learning of Islamic morality subject and Student Morality at Institute of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor.


The coefficient of  determinant formula used to get percentage of the relationship of  X and Y variable. Where the coefficient in this study is 21.9%
