KOMPETENSI KEPEMIMPINAN KOMUNIKASI ERA 4.0

Abstrak

Good communication skills are a must have for a leader. Communication and leadership are two very important things, if there is no good communication from a leader in an organization, between members of the organization and its leader, the organization will not run well. This study is a literature review, where study sources come from various books as sources of information. Era 4.0 leadership communication competence is the ability of a leader to convey ideas or ideas through various media to influence the people they lead in the Industrial Era 4.0, where all are starting to turn to technology. A leader must have the ability to communicate well and understand the ethics of communicating Islamically and be willing and able to practice it in his leadership duties. When communicating has been taught by Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala to humans, which is contained in the Qur'an, namely gentle words, good words. right words, words that make an impression / build up and words that are appropriate to be spoken to other humans.
