IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DALAM MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

Abstrak
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education at Insan Rabbany High School. The focus of the study includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation with Islamic Religious Education teachers, students, and school officials. The results indicate that the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum at Insan Rabbany High School has been quite successful, characterized by flexibility in developing teaching modules, the implementation of project-based learning, and the strengthening of Pancasila student profiles integrated into Islamic Religious Education learning. However, several obstacles remain, such as teachers' limited understanding of the Independent Learning Curriculum concept as a whole and limited learning support facilities. Supporting factors for implementation include school commitment, teacher training, and a conducive learning environment. Therefore, improving teacher competency and optimizing learning facilities is necessary to ensure the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum is more effective and maximizes the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning
